Chickens
We feature Murray Farms All Natural Free Range Rotisserie Chickens.
Our Classic Rotisserie Chicken is brined in our homemade Apple Cider Vinegar Brine.
We also feature 2-3 chicken specials everyday that are marinated in our homemade sauces.(Daily Flavors are not on a schedule and are chosen based upon weather and season!)
We can cut your chickens into quarters or eighths.
Hot Side Dish Platters
For hot sides we feature:
Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Sugar Roasted Butternut Squash, Cornbread Stuffing, Creamed Spinach, Boston Baked Beans, Cheeze-It Macaroni & Cheese, Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Kale, Tarragon Carrot Coins, Roasted Onions, Green Bean Almondine
Lasagna Platters
We feature four different lasagna options:
Lasagna Bolognese, Chicken Parmesan Lasagna, Vegetarian Lasagna, Pumpkin Sage Lasagna.
Depending on how you would like to serve your lasagna (entrée vs side) the amount in each pan varies.
Gravy & Sauce
At the Modern Rotisserie we feature homemade poultry gravy as well as homemade dipping sauces, such as a Tangy Carolina Mustard, Smokey Ketchup and Mango Habanero Sauce.
Party Snacks
We feature delicious Kobe Beef Hot Dogs wrapped in a puff pastry with honey mustard on the inside. The Kobe’s come as a full size hot dog but we can cut them in half for an appetizer presentation. Warm Baked Pretzels either Sesame or Parmesan come accompanied with a Homemade Whole Grain Mustard for dipping.
